Data experience and expertise
Arc Data is led by experienced data professional Suzanne Lewis. Suzanne has worked in the data and direct marketing market for thirty years, most recently as Managing Director of EDM Media UK in the provision of data driven solutions, and prior to that as Director of List Broking at global marketing agency, Rapp.
A blend of in-house and agency experience gives Suzanne an unparalleled understanding of how data sits within these different environments. Having worked across a wide variety of markets, her career to date gives her specialist expertise in the fields of charity, mail order and financial services, understanding and appreciating the needs and nuances of each.
As a recognised and respected spokeswoman in the world of data, Suzanne plays an active role in the industry. She has long been involved in the development of data best practice, having previously held positions on the Direct Marketing Association’s Data Council and the DMA’s Governance Committee, where she was actively involved in writing the last two Codes of Practise. She has also has played a guiding role on several Institute of Fundraising steering groups, consulting on topics such as the impact of GDPR. Currently, she is a judge for the DMA Awards, and sits on the committees of the IoF’s Special Interest Groups for Technology and Insight in Fundraising.
